Upstairs is a modern bathroom complete with botanical accents, a bidet, and twin sinks. • All check-ins are contactless! To provide this service, we require a selfie of you holding your ID to verify your identity prior to check-in. No exception.
• Bookings made within 10 days of arrival will require additional credit card documentation.

• Minnestay uses a third-party to screen the identity and check criminal databases for all guests in order to confirm a reservation. • No smoking inside of the home.
• This property may have a noise monitoring device on the interior of the home. Additional noise monitoring devices may be located in gathering spaces on the exterior of the home, as well.
• No events - This home is designed for families and responsible adults. Restrictions include, but are not limited to: Weddings and wedding celebrations, bachelorette/bachelor gatherings, and reunions.
• No pets allowed!
• Please respect the home and clean up after yourself!
• Quiet Hours: 10PM-7AM. We love our neighbors!! Please be respectful of the permanent residents on either side of this property.
• Direct bookings or other online booking sources may be subject to a 3% cancellation fee.
Deviation from these rules can result in an eviction from the premises with no refund, as stated in the signed rental agreement.

We had a comfortable stay at this beautiful place in a great location. Big windows allowing in tons of light. The kitchen is nice and modern. The views are amazing, and it is easy to get to nice restaurants, shops, etc. And it’s impeccably clean. We would return!

My family and I loved our stay in this beautiful property. The entire home was impeccably decorated, spotless, and not a single detail was missed. We had plenty of space to comfortably relax and I loved the desk in the sunroom for the small amount of time I had to work while on our trip. The view of the lake was just beautiful, and visible from every room of the house. Minnestay was so helpful and so responsive. We would come back to this property in a heartbeat when coming back to this area.

We decided to visit Minneapolis as a rest area from up north heading back to Chicago, luckily for us MINNeSTAY had availability at their Luxe Home. It was the nicest, most eloquent, perfect home for the Family. We immediately jumped into rest mode upon arriving enjoying the luxurious comfort it offers. The home created memorable experience for the Family. One of the treats we received was having accessibility of the lake within seconds. May relaxing recreating activities for more enjoyment and relaxation. Inside and outside the home is located in a wonderful community and was a win win situation for the Family rain or shine. It shined for us, no doubt about it. The home kept us rested, pampered, happy, and comfortable. The only disappointment we felt was during CHECK OUT TIME!!! Thank you MINNeSTAY.

Our stay here was fantastic! The only issue was impossibility connecting to the Sonos. They tried to help but it just didn’t work. Otherwise it was spotless and handy. Great location - gorgeous setting!

Our stay at Lakeside Lux was perfect for our family of 7. I was impressed the moment I walked in the door and looked around. My impressions continued to grown each day. Quality and character made this home really stand out. The home was very clean and the decor was simple and inviting. We all loved the patio area with the putting green and outside seating area. The kitchen was fully stocked with plenty of quality cooking supplies. The team was also very responsive and courteous to a small issue we had. We loved being so close to the lake where there were many opportunities for me to walk and our family to hang out and play. We had a very poor and unfortunate experience the last time were in Minneapolis at an Airbnb, but this house and Minnestay totally redeemed experience. We would love to stay here again the next time we’re in town.

We absolutely loved our stay here! It was the perfect weekend for me and my friend for a girls’ weekend. We loved sitting on the porch with coffee in the am, wine in the pm, and walking around the lakes. The master bed is much more comfortable than the queen bed - could use an upgrade on sheets and pillows. I ended up sharing with my friend in the master. House was perfect otherwise, would rent again!
