This 4 bed 2 bath duplex is located in the heart of Minneapolis just a stone's throw from the chain of Lakes. This duplex functions as one rental, but provides the privacy needed for large families or corporate events. Both units have large living rooms, a formal dining room, and fully stocked kitchens. Each unit has a bonus study room with a desk and large windows that let in ample light. The backyard features a screened in porch, which is a tranquil spot for your morning cup of coffee.
Colfax Commons is ideal for any group looking to spend time in the City of Lakes. Nearby are great spots like Pizza Luce, Black Walnut Bakery, Dunn Bros Coffee and more.

"The home was lovely and the hosts were incredibly responsive! The area is nice and calm. Close to lakes and cute local restaurants/cafes. The one negative was that for one of the bedrooms, we found the sheets to be not very clean, but other than that our stay was fantastic!"

"This was the cutest Airbnb. We had the whole house (2 stories) which were essentially identical ie 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, 2 bedrooms each floor, 1 bathroom each floor, etc. Home was clean, provided great amenities including laundry room for our 11 day stay, and everything you could need. Only a couple hiccups, large moths if you leave a door open (expected in warmer weather) and we also had a small toilet leak which was fixed immediately. The host was extremely responsive and we couldn’t be happier with our stay. 10 out of 10 stars, would absolutely stay there again!"

"This home is great for a family of 4 with older kids. Two separate floors gives the younger adults their privacy. We have stayed here a couple times, the home is always in great condition, and MinneStay is great host. The location is great in that it’s quiet and private, but you are close to the lakes for great walks, and uptown where you’ll find shopping and great food. We will always look to stay here when visiting Minneapolis!"

"The house was just as it looks in the photos. The beds were comfortable with nice sheet, the towels were soft and the kitchen had everything we needed. The street was quiet and there was plenty of space to park right outside the front door. It was the perfect place for a group of friends to stay."

"This was the best Airbnb property we’ve ever stayed at. The house was clearly recently remodeled with an eye on the details. There are high-end finishes throughout: the kitchen cabinets have luxury pulls and easy-close glides, the bathrooms have premium fixtures, most the the light switches are on dimmers, the bedding is very comfortable, and even the washer/dryer set up is new. The house is on a quiet residential street, but still close to shopping and restaurants. The hosts were very responsive and helped us with the single issue we encountered."

"Great, walkable location in a quiet neighborhood. Beautiful home with lots of space. The hosts are also very responsive.<br/>The house is a little old (creaky floors, and we killed a few spiders in our first hour there) but other that, no issues whatsoever!"
