Lakefront Luxury

This was our first stay in this wonderful Lake Minnetonka home. I would highly recommend this porpoerty for any family looking for a Minnetonka lake house experience. The home is very new with all the high end appliances and furnishings one would expect of a luxury lake front home. The configuration of the bedrooms give everyone space and privacy when desired, while the main level great room and kitchen area is a wonderful space for meals and family time together. We looking forward to next years vacation and the opportunity to stay here again!

We enjoyed a wonderful holiday time with our family here. The kitchen is great with room for lots of cooking and adequate tools and lots of dishes! The beds are comfortable and bathrooms very nice. The living room, dining room, and closets are great for a group. Everything in this house 'works'...lights, fireplace, furnace, water heater, commercial style gas range with double oven, dishwasher, faucets, drains, everything. The pictures represent the house just like it is...beautiful.

Loved it!

What an amazing place! We celebrated my wife’s Dad’s 90th Birthday here and it was the best place ever! We loved the views, the fireplace, the showers, the space for all of us, the beautiful layout and spacious rooms, the chef’s kitchen and the light fixtures throughout! We ate many delicious meals at the table, sang happy birthday in the living room and were in awe of all we saw on the lake in January! We look forward to coming here again in a different season (summer or fall). Thank you for creating such a warm and cozy environment!

Great spot, good new build construction. Great job at above and beyond toiletries for guests. :) Nice dock spot for our boat and speedy management interaction when needed. Would stay again.

This house is a gem on the lake with spacious common areas and ample private rooms and sections to accommodate large group needs. The house provides plenty of supplies that are not typically standard, such as paper towels, so we did not want for anything. I would love to go back in the summer to enjoy the lakeside location!

This place was amazing and the perfect location. Surprised my fiancé and flew in some of his buddies from San Diego, hoped on the boat and drove up to this gorgeous home for his 40th birthday! It’s modern, clean and the layout was perfect for multiple couples and singles. We never felt on top of each other and everyone had their own space. The covered dock was great and there’s a launch 1 minute from the house located within the neighborhood. Check in and check out was super easy. You literally don’t have to speak to anyone if you don’t want because they send you an email with all the info you’ll need. We will definitely be coming back.

We rented this house for a girls weekend and it was an amazing stay. The house sleeps 10 comfortably and offers plenty of space to relax. The access to the lake was unbelievably easy and close to our pontoon rental place, Metro Lakes Marina. Definitely a great place for a quiet retreat weekend.

Place was amazing, great location right on the lake, and the fire pit got some good use. We used the place for a team gathering and it served its purpose perfectly! Would love to come back for a personal stay sometime!

We enjoyed staying in this lovely home on the lake. Great floor plan, a very spacious feeling throughout the home. Beautiful views from the living area, deck and two bedrooms. Great kitchen. Quiet residential neighborhood. We would stay here again.

Perfect house for a family gathering. Loved watching sunrise over the lake, hearing loons calling, enjoying the firepit and porch, and enjoying the peace of a quiet neighborhood.

Rockstar living on Lake Minnetonka! We were blown away by this property! It's brand new, so everything is in fantastic condition, clean and sparkling. The view of the lake out of the huge windows is spectacular! The modern, open, designer feeling of the house has you feeling like you're rock star in Malibu instead of Minneapolis The kitchen is incredible, with a huge professional stove, refrigerator and island. A cook's dream! It's right on the lake, with a dock, so you can boat in and out. There's plenty of space for friends and family, and two amazing master suites with their personal views of the lake. It looks like it was professionally designed, inside and out, the decor and furniture is incredible. We're definitely coming back again in the summer, it's close enough to the city of Minneapolis that I can goo to my office during the day and hit the lake that night, then BBQ on the deck, and roast marshmallows on the fire pit watching the sunset.

INCREDIBLE We have stayed at many properties across the country and this one definitely is at the top. Beautiful home, great location, incredible views, super responsive and easy to work with owner. If you are looking for a place in this area this is where you should go! Totally enjoyed everything about the property!

This house was amazing to stay at! It was just as described and pictured, and more! Everything is new and clean. The owner and property manager were both great to work with and provided all the information needed. The house is right on the lake so it has amazing views and you can boat right up to it. Definitely would stay here again!!

My family and I had a WONDERFUL stay at Minnestay- Lakefront Luxury property in August 2018!! We had high expectations and it did not disappoint. The property is beautiful and supplied with everything you need for a luxury vacation. We did NOT have to leave once to run to the store to pick anything up. And for our large family that is common. :) We appreciated how well stocked the cupboards were and the amenities were wonderful. Lance assisted us with a great location to rent a boat for our vacation. The rental location was only a couple of minutes from the property, it was quick and easy and the staff was wonderful. One night we asked for a couple of small items and they literally were at our door within a couple of hours. High attention to detail! I appreciated the great service. Whenever I needed anything, I would make a call or send an email and was responded to immediately. We will definitely come back. We had a wonderful time, the property is amazing and the property management was outstanding. We will definitely come back!!!

Great modern house on a very fun part of the lake. House was exactly as advertised - clean, well organized, tastefully designed and well taken care of. Lance and his team handled the logistics in advance and everything we needed was taken care of. Would (will) highly recommend to friends and family. Looking forward to coming back next summer.
