"The check-in process was straight forward. We had an issue with our parking pass but management was very prompt with communication and resolved it cleanly without causing headache for us and I appreciated that. HUGE windows with sunset views. It was a nice place to work for a few days and get a change of scenery."

"The condominium was absolutely beautiful & the furnishings were very well done ! The North Loop location is awesome for getting to Target Field, restaurants & bars ; all within walking distance , and that was even in the winter time ! The only problem we had was our parking pass did not work ; but the Minnestay staff continually communicated with us & tried to resolve the problem ! We could not get it to work , so they are reimbursing our parking expenses ! You can truly tell a great organization by the way they handle problems ; and this company did a wonderful job communicating non-stop and resolving the issue the best they could ! We will definitely stay at this property again & will also check out some of their other properties around the area !"

"This property is absolutely fabulous! The pictures are definitely accurate! The decor, cleanliness and supplies were A-1. The patio with firepit was the icing on the cake. Although we were there in the middle of summer, it was nice to light it and sit around it at night when things cooled down a bit. The property is located very close to the city. We were exactly .9 miles away from popular downtown restaurants/lounges, etc. The staff checked on us to ensure that everything was going smoothly. I absolutely loved this place and I'm sure you will as well!"

"I don’t often write reviews for my stays, but this place really warranted the time. The apartment is actually nicer than the photos — spotless, stylish, and full of thoughtful, homely touches. Check-in and check-out were completely seamless, communication was exceptional, and everything worked perfectly (the fire pit was great fun!).<br/>The bed was super comfortable, and as a family of four we found the layout ideal — both kids could sleep upstairs comfortably. It technically sleeps six, but that would mean two couples sharing the main living space, so it’s probably better suited for a group of friends if fully occupied.<br/>We loved it, our kids loved it, and with plenty of great food and drink spots just a short walk away, it made for a perfect stay. Honestly, it’s such a lovely apartment that you could happily spend your days just relaxing there."

"We rented this loft for a staycation - very nice loft and location! Close to great restaurants, bike/walking trails along the river, easy walk to NE Minneapolis and the rest of downtown. Enjoyed having the extra space versus staying in a hotel. Took advantage of playing shuffleboard in the lobby and listening to some records in the loft. Check in and out was really easy and nice to have the parking space along with the rental! Would definitely stay here again!"
