The bedroom has plenty of storage space in the closet, and contemporary artwork adds a pop of style. Sleep well on freshly laundered, high-quality bedding and wake up to natural light from the large windows.
The bathroom is located outside of the bedroom so it’s convenient for all of the guests, and it includes a large glass shower, toilet, and sink. We provide toiletries, towels, and a hair dryer so you can pack light!

"Loved my stay at Minnestay! Room was smaller than expected but perfect for just me on my business trip. Location was amazing (walking distance to restaurants and bars as well as Target Field), bed was comfy, view of the dog park was awesome, and coffee was appreciated. Would have been nice to have a little bit more of the sugar/creamer packets, and water pressure in the shower was a little low, but otherwise really enjoyed my stay!"

Great restaurants within an easy walking distance, comfortable space for the stay, easy check-in/check-out and parking with in and out access.<br/>Rooftop area is also great for a city view with some nice fire areas and seating. <br/>Would recommend for anyone visiting the area."

The Metro was close by with easy access to the rest of downtown, Mall of America, The Airport and St. Paul. The Studio apartment was very modern, and clean. I would absolutely recommend Minnestay."

The location is excellent, each unit was sparkling clean, and everything we needed had already been anticipated and in place. When we had to shuffle around the nights of our stay and swap rooms, Minnestay was super responsive and accommodating. Would absolutely stay here again!"

The whole building is really beautiful and I felt safe staying here. <br/>The area of town is a little more happening in the bar scene than the last time I was in Mpls so it was surprising to find out that it's a big party area, so great if that's what part of your stay includes!"

"Great little Airbnb that had a clean modern rustic feel! In walking distance of a cool part of the city with restaurants, coffee shops etc! It felt very safe and it was very appreciated that you get a complimentary parking space in the parkade that leaves no worries for your vehicle. It was a little snug for 3 guests when you start adding suitcases in a snug space with a pull out couch but it’s definitely doable. The check in was a little complicated but after some time we figured it out. Other than that great place. Would book again!"

"This place is fantastic and located within walking distance to all of the North Loop features. It is extremely well appointed and stocked with everything you could want - especially strong AC for the Summer heat!<br/>There is only one issue but it's worth noting. While relaxing mid-afternoon and escaping the peak heat of the day, a man unlocked and entered the unit using a key fob - said he was there for a real estate showing of the unit. Access is only by key fob and there's a closed in the lobby full of real estate key holders. The doors have no hasp or bolt to use when inside.<br/>Contacted the host about this who took it seriously and pledged to investigate. Simply installing an inexpensive bolt or hasp on each door would greatly increase safety! <br/>Everything was great except for this important concern."

"The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for a great long weekend in Minneapolis. My only recommendation is to find a better way to communicate checkin information. Some info. Is in portal, other info. On different e-mails. Too many e-mails, all with slightly different bits of information. However, once we figured it all out, a great place to stay- I highly recommend staying in this great place in a location close to many great bars, restaurants and breweries."
