Every spring, Northland Arboretum invites guests to embark on a maple syrup adventure that takes you through the steps of maple syrup from beginning to end. Trek out to the trees to collect the sap, return to the farm to see how they cook down the sugars, and get a savory bite of delicious fresh syrup, and learn about the traditions of creating the different syrups. The end of each tour includes sampling the syrups over fresh pancakes, and you can even purchase your favorite to bring home and savor.
