Welcome to our spacious, comfortable 5-bedroom home, nestled in the quintessential Linden Hills neighborhood of South Minneapolis.
This home is walking distance from Lake Harriett and Bde Maka Ska which are connected to some of the best urban walking and biking trails in the US.
Just a 20-minute drive from downtown Minneapolis; Target Field (home of the MN Twins), Target Center (Home to the MN Timberwolves) and the US Bank Stadium (Home to the MN Vikings). This home is only a 20 minute drive from the MSP Airport or The Mall of America.
This area has plenty of amazing things to do: The unique restaurants, bars and breweries are endless for the foodies out there. Many venues are just a few minutes walk or a bike ride away. For instance, take in a dinner at 44th and Upton then a concert and concessions at the Lake Harriet open-air Bandshell on a summer evening. Or explore fantastic the upscale shopping and dining of 50th & France and Galleria Edina. Minneapolis is known for its internationally recognized arts and theatre, world class museums, sculpture gardens, inspiring art fairs, live music venues and Scandinavian influences. No matter where you go, you will always find something fun and interesting to do!
At 2,255 square feet, this home is the perfect getaway for groups or families with children and can comfortably accommodate up to 10 people. Inside the house, you will find modern and beautifully decorated furnishings designed to make you feel right at home.
Interior Features
As you enter the home you will be greeted with a lovely, updated kitchen with maple cabinetry, granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. You will find plenty of double-pane windows which bring in generous amounts of natural light to the space. A large beautiful dining table with seating for up to 10 people makes a great area to gather to share meals.
The kitchen has the necessary amenities to cook a perfect dinner for friends and family. Linden Hills Co-op, (one of the best grocery stores in the Twin Cities) is just 2 minutes away or 10-15 minutes by foot! And the lovely Whole Foods or Lund's grocery stores are just a bit further. But if you prefer not to shop at all, be sure to ask about our concierge service and have the refrigerator stocked before your arrival!
Adjacent to the kitchen is the living room, another ideal gathering spot containing a large LED Smart TV, small dining table and a comfy seating area to help you relax and unwind.
Each bathroom has been fully renovated with elegant travertine tile, a walk-in shower and separate tub on the main level; a tub/shower combo on the lower level. Leave your toiletries behind as we provide complimentary shampoo, conditioner, lotion, a hair dryer for your use and a deluxe vanity kit just in case you forgot something.
On the main floor are 3 large double bedrooms, each contains a smart TV with streaming capacity for your entertainment.
Benefit from using our spacious lower level recreation room with a big screen TV, game/poker table, electronic basketball hoops game, and many other puzzles, books and board games to ensure a fun evening with friends and family.
An ideal workplace environment for those who plan on working while away from home; we have a dedicated desk and high-speed internet to facilitate a seamless work experience. Additionally this room has an exercise bike and equipment so you may keep up your daily work out routine!
Outdoor & Neighborhood
Outside you may enjoy the peaceful neighborhood. A lovely neighborhood elementary school with a very large playground is just across the way; a great place for the kids to play or a game of touch football with friends.

- All guests must be over the age of 25, unless part of a family unit. Verification may be required.
- All check-ins are contactless! To provide this service, we require a photo of yourself holding your ID to verify your identity, to be emailed or texted to our reservations department prior to check-in. No exceptions. (Please be aware that we do not have staff available to meet guests in person on site for this purpose.)
- Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require additional credit card documentation.
- A Minnestay Rental Agreement must be signed prior to arrival. This will require that you provide us with your email address. Please inquire about the terms and conditions prior to booking. More info can be found on the Minnestay website, under Guest Services - Rental Policies.
- No smoking inside of the home. This includes e-cigarette and vape.
- This property may have a noise monitoring device on the interior of the home. Additional noise monitoring devices may be located in gathering spaces on the exterior of the home, as well.
- No events! This home is designed for families and responsible adults. Restrictions include, but are not limited to: Weddings and wedding celebrations, bachelorette/bachelor gatherings, and reunions.
- Dogs only allowed with “Pet Friendly” listings. Please provide prior notice to Minnestay team if you plan to bring your pet. Pet fee required (fee dependent on dog count, starting at $150).
- Please note that you are staying in a private home and not a hotel. We expect that you will treat it with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to resolve them as quickly as we are able.
- Consumable amenities provided by Minnestay are not refilled during stay.
- Quiet Hours: 10PM-7AM. We love our neighbors! Please be respectful of the permanent residents on either side of this property.
- Direct bookings or other online booking sources may be subject to a 3% cancellation fee.
Deviation from these rules can result in an eviction from the premises with no refund, as stated in the signed rental agreement.

"The location was perfect. Easy travel to other areas of Minneapolis. There was not much of a yard, but there is a beautiful playground across the street and another nice playground with a pool a couple blocks away. Restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy nearby. Great for families. The house was clean. Nice play area in the basement with toys, games, and a basketball game. Snacks and coffee waiting in the kitchen. Quiet, walkable neighborhood."

Great location
"This house perfectly fit our needs. We were 3 adults and 5 kids for a long weekend family visit. The bedroom set up worked well for our group and it was nice to have one bathroom upstairs and one bathroom downstairs. The dining table comfortably sat 8 but we stretched it to 10 for a dinner party and it worked. The basement was a great space for the kids and allowed us some separation of space when we wanted it. The location was ideal for us - Linden Hills is a cute neighborhood with excellent shops and restaurants just a few blocks away (including great coffee and pastries at shops just down the block). There's also a large park just across the street we felt comfortable sending the older kids to on their own. The location also works well for accessing other parts of Minneapolis: 15 minutes to the airport, 15 minutes to the Mall of America, 10-15 minutes to downtown sporting venues. Nothing felt too far away. Garage, driveway, and street parking were all very easy and convenient."

Entry pad door lock works a little different than the instructions in their guest portal and took us awhile to figure out how to turn off the security system once we were inside but those were minor things. House had a ton of space and everything we needed! Super responsive with any questions even after hours!"

Clean and comfortable
"Very well kept, clean and comfortable space for our family of four. Although the property looks modest from the exterior and has no real usable outdoor space to speak of, the interior was exceptionally clean and had an extremely functional kitchen/dining area as well as two nice ‘relax’ areas - the living room and basement - that were spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed both the basketball game and the bike trainer, although both required new batteries which we purchased. Beds were comfortable. All rooms (including basement rooms) were nice and warm once we adjusted the thermostat. Multiple smart TVs, puzzles games and books were available upstairs and downstairs that kept everyone busy. This was our first time working with Minnestay and it was a good one - communication was excellent, the reservation portal worked very well, and we enjoyed the nice touches (coffee and snacks) on arrival. The unit was very well stocked with extra toiletries and towels, although the kitchen was missing a few items. As others have stated, the neighborhood is very peaceful and walkable, with the Turtle Bread Company only a few blocks away. We would stay here again."

Vikings game weekend
"We flew in for a quick weekend get away to see the Vikings game. Our SD family met us and the house easily slept our family of 9. We had space to spread out and relax. The kitchen dining was a great congregation area to visit. Kitchen was well stocked. House is clean. Location is spectacular. We took walks around the school and to the nearby lake. Lots of cute stores close by and very safe neighborhood."

Minneapolis vacation house
"This is a lovely house with a lot of character. The master bedroom loft is a nice bonus. The 3 bathrooms are nicely updated and the kitchen is well stocked. There is a big table which fit 10 people at one point. It’s near a good playground and the local ice cream shop as well as a bunch of restaurants. So goo location. Would stay here again"

"House was very nice, very clean, and in a great location for walking in the neighborhood or to nearby stores and restaurants. Only 20 minutes from the airport. We had six people and the five bedrooms and two baths worked out well for us. A phone call to Minnestay about a couple of minor maintenance issues resulted in the owner of Minnestay coming over and fixing them for us. Very good experience overall."

"Our family of 10 enjoyed staying here. There were great spaces to gather- around the kitchen table, the living room and downstairs family room. The shower on the main floor is awesome! The kitchen has just the basics- a complimentary gift of coffee made 2 pots and there was no salt. The bedroom and hallway floors are very creaky - middle of the night trips to the bathroom are no secret."
