Near Afton Alps Ski Area!
Conveniently located just off of I 94 on the Minnesota/Wisconsin border, in beautiful Lakeland, MN, this home is one for the books! Special features include a movie theater, sprawling backyard, firepit, and gymnasium! With 4 bedrooms and room to sleep 11, there is space for everyone!

It is 6 minutes to St. Mary’s Point Public beach on the St. Croix River. It is 10 minutes north to launch your boat at Beanies Marina or 10 minutes south to launch your boat at Windmill Marina.

- No smoking inside of the home. This includes e-cigarettes and vape.
- This property may have a noise monitoring device on the interior of the home. Additional noise monitoring devices may be located in gathering spaces on the exterior of the home, as well.
- No events! This home is designed for families and responsible adults. Restrictions include, but are not limited to: Weddings and wedding celebrations, bachelorette/bachelor gatherings, and reunions.
- No pets allowed!

"We have stayed at vacation rentals for 20 years. This one tops the list. Very spacious, brightly decorated, lots of bright windows, four bedrooms, three baths, most every utensil we needed. And the gymnasium was a huge hit. The in-home theater requires a computer, and we didn’t bring one, so we spent our evenings out by the campfire, making s’mores. Then we came in and played games at the big table. We took the pontoon on the St. Croix River at the local marina. Ate in Hudson four times and Afton once. Otherwise we used the kitchen to cook big family meals together. Our son has stage four cancer, so we asked that they could be flexible with the timing of our rental based on his chemo treatments. They were incredibly thoughtful and flexible. If you have kids or young adults, whether it’s summer fall, spring, or winter, this is an awesome place. Especially for families up to 10 people. "

"This home is lovely, spacious, and the indoor sport court is such a great bonus! We were here for a girls/moms getaway and actually used the sport court quite a bit to play pickleball, basketball, and for a general workout area. The home is so close to Woodbury, Hudson, and Stillwater so the location is ideal! The rooms as very well kept and cozy. Three bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs and then 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom downstairs. It was a great getaway space!!"

"From the booking process to the actual stay, this was overall a wonderful experience. Very responsive hosts, thoughtful amenities, and comfortable house. It was perfect for our quick trip to Afton Alps and I would recommend it to anyone staying in the area. Hudson is super close and Lakeland/Afton itself is a super cute quaint city. I have already sent the listing to another family friend I think would enjoy it! The small gym in the house was our kids favorite!"
