The home contains four bedrooms, plus a fold-down couch on the upper level landing.
• Bedroom 1: 1 king bed, main floor
• Bedroom 2: 1 queen, main floor
• Bedroom 3: 1 queen, upstairs
• Bedroom 4: 1 queen, upstairs
The bedrooms are large, bright, and have plenty of storage space. The master bedroom has a large TV, en-suite bathroom, and door leading out to the large backyard. The two upper level bedrooms have a shared bathroom, private balcony, and a hang-out space with a TV and fold-down couch with bright pillows. The fourth bedroom features warm contemporary decor and bedding. Sleep well on freshly laundered, high-quality bedding and wake-up to natural light from the large windows.
In search of some pampering? The home has 4 bathrooms, so nobody will need to wait in line. There are two full bathrooms and two ¾ baths. We provide toiletries, towels, and a hair dryer so you can pack light!
On the main floor, you’ll find all the comforts of home, including a full kitchen, dining room, and two living rooms. The kitchen was recently modeled, so you’ll find gorgeous granite countertops and swanky stainless steel appliances, including a gas stove and dishwasher. You are also able to eat al-fresco in the summer on the patio with seating for six.
For formal meals, the dining table easily seats 6 and the kitchen island can also seat 6 for more casual dining experiences. One of the two main level living rooms is located right off of the kitchen. Featuring a large leather couch, you can watch your favorite streaming program in comfort. The other second main level space is located off of the dining room. Enjoy a family member playing the piano while enjoying the beautiful view from the seating areas.
The downstairs living room is our favorite spot to kick back, relax on the couch or rocking chair, and play some games.
Though Minneapolis might be (in)famous for its wintery weather, there are plenty of warm, sunny days too. Enjoy the sunshine in the backyard, which is fully landscaped and has two different patio areas that are the perfect for savoring your morning coffee.
The home is equipped with fast WiFi, heat, and air conditioning for optimal comfort and connected-ness.

The quiet hours for this home are 10pm – 7am. We love our neighbors!
Deviation from these rules can result in an eviction from the premise with no refund, as stated in the signed rental agreement.
Renters must be 25 years or older and are required to sign Minnestay's Rental Agreement prior to check in. NO EXCEPTIONS. Please inquire about the terms and conditions prior to booking. A photo ID is also required prior to check in.
