- This property may have a noise monitoring device on the interior of the home. Additional noise monitoring devices may be located in gathering spaces on the exterior of the home, as well.
- No events! This home is designed for families and responsible adults. Restrictions include, but are not limited to: Weddings and wedding celebrations, bachelorette/bachelor gatherings, and reunions.
- No pets allowed!
- Please note that you are staying in a private home and not a hotel. We expect that you will treat it with respect.
- Consumable amenities provided by Minnestay are not refilled during stay.
- Quiet Hours: 10PM-7AM. We love our neighbors! Please be respectful of the permanent residents on either side of this property.

"Not mentioned that this was a split level. Listed as having Hulu Live, but this was false. We were UNABLE to watch the MLB playoff games.. very disappointing. Mentioned to Minne-Stay but they were unable to help. House is beautiful, kitchen could be better equipped. Knobs missing from 2 lamps, wall marked up near dining table, entry carpet soiled. Not a 5 star property yet. Would be nice if 2nd floor sliding door led to a deck. Ok stay, would not return unfortunately."

"We rented this property for seven of my friends to stay at for my 60th birthday. The house was very clean, location was great. Communication with the host when needed was excellent. The last night of our stay, by mistake we locked the door knob and whe couldn't get it, it was after 11pm so we called the after hours number and someone returned our call within thirty minutes and she gave us the code to the lock box to get it. Overall we would rent this property again without question. I highly recommend this property."
