• All guests must be over the age of 25, unless part of a family unit. Verification may be required.
• All check-ins are contactless! To provide this service, we require a selfie of you holding your ID to verify your identity, prior to check-in. No exception.
• Bookings made within 10 days of arrival will require additional credit card documentation.
• Our Rental Agreement must be signed prior to arrival. This will require your email address. Please inquire about the terms and conditions prior to booking. More info can be found on the Minnestay website, under Guest Services - Rental Policies.
• Minnestay uses a third-party to screen the identity and check criminal databases for all guests in order to confirm a reservation. Guests will be required to complete the screening by responding to an email sent by the third-party. Complete terms regarding guest screening can be found on the Safely website, under Terms.
• No smoking inside of the home.
• This property may have a noise monitoring device on the interior of the home. Additional noise monitoring devices may be located in gathering spaces on the exterior of the home, as well.
• No events - This home is designed for families and responsible adults. Restrictions include, but are not limited to: Weddings and wedding celebrations, Bachelorette/bachelor gatherings, and reunions.
• Pets allowed with prior notice and required pet fee (fee dependent on pet count, $150+).
• Please respect the home and clean up after yourself!
• Quiet Hours: 10PM-7AM. We love our neighbors!! Please be respectful of the permanent residents on either side of this property.
• Direct bookings or other online booking sources may be subject to a 3% cancellation fee.
Deviation from these rules can result in an eviction from the premises with no refund, as stated in the signed rental agreement.

Awesome Location
This house is in a great location near Lake Harriett where you will find great restaurants and shopping! The house is very charming and comfortable. The living room is perfect with the fireplace & big screen TV. Nice big dining room & the bedrooms are great. We would definitely stay here again!

So many perks!
Great house in a great location! Some perks: Khaluna is a fancy Laotian restaurant directly across the street with bougie cocktails and atmosphere. There's also numerous parks, lake Harriett and bars/restaurants in walking distance. Speedway gas station is about 75 feet away for any quick stuff you may need to grab. There is a peleton downstairs that is usable without subscription (screen won't light up though) or you can use your own peleton subscription. There's also a yoga mat and adjustable weight dumbbells. The house has amazing vintage charm with updated amenities. My sister and I enjoyed reading by the gas fireplace at night. We utilized the large screen TV and super comfy couch upstairs, there's also an entertainment setup downstairs. The kitchen is small but that wasn't a bother at all. Full sized fridge, stove, sink. Comes with ninja, kettle, blender, coffee/coffee maker. We were in MN doing some house-hunting and honestly I just wish I could buy this house because it is so cozy and in such a fantastic location! If we do another house-hunting trip this spring we will absolutely be booking this house again. Enjoy!

Will Be Back
Great single family home in south Minneapolis! We stayed here over the holidays while visiting family and the house was perfect for us and the dogs. The gas fireplace made our stay extra cozy and will definitely try to stay here again next time we are in town.

Felt Right At Home
We felt right at home during our stay over the holidays. The location is great - central to all the people and places we visited in Minneapolis. Loved the craftsman style home, cozy fireplace and updated kitchen. The finished basement also worked perfectly as a sleep / play area for our twin toddlers. Would recommend for anyone looking to stay in a quintessential South Mpls home!

Cozy & Great Location
I enjoyed my stay. The house is cozy and clean, and in a great location to access all that Minneapolis has to offer. It is located directly across the street from a new restaurant, Khaluna. It is also walking distance to multiple coffee shops.

Great place in a great location. Older home that was charming and had an awesome gas fireplace that we used every day! Kitchen was well appointed and easy to use and space was perfect for our small family! Loved being near so much in Minneapolis!
