• Any booking will require a selfie taken with a valid ID due to our contactless check-in process.
• Guests booking close to arrival date may require an additional $2000 deposit
• Guests living within a 60 mile radius of the home may not be allowed contactless check-in
• All guests must be over the age of 25 unless part of a family unit. Verification may be required.
• No smoking
• No pets allowed
• Events are allowed. There is a $750 event fee due at time of booking. There is a max of 40 guests allowed. Must obtain written permission
• Please respect the home and clean up after yourself!
• Quite Hours – Strictly 10PM-7AM
• Direct Bookings or Vrbo Bookings may be subject to a 3% Cancellation fee
• Your email address is required for us to send the Rental Agreement. Please inquire about the Terms and Conditions Prior to Booking.
Deviation from these rules can result in an eviction from the premise with no refund, as stated in the signed rental agreement.

Our stay at MINNESTAY * Historic Mansion | Events & Weddings was exactly as advertised. We had an amazing time staying there and the entire process from beginning to end was easy and effortless. Communication was excellent and the Mansion itself was beautiful and it accommodated our large party perfectly. Everyone at Minnestay was great before and during our stay. They were incredibly accommodating and communicative (dropping bags off early, coordinating a yoga class, helping when the smoke detectors went off!). The house was even better than pictured and suited our group of 18 perfectly.

The house is fantastic--beautiful and functional, with tons of space to gather and socialize or to spend some time alone, depending on your mood. Great location too. My extended family stayed here for a belated holiday get-together, and it worked out much better than renting rooms in a hotel would have. Perfect for our Wedding Party
This was the perfect house for our family to stay at during our daughter's wedding weekend. It has tons of space and a spectacular kitchen. We would definitely stay here again. There was plenty of off street parking for all of our vehicles.
