- No smoking inside of the home. This includes e-cigarette and vape.
- This property may have a noise monitoring device on the interior of the home.
- No events! This home is designed for families and responsible adults.
- Dogs only allowed with “Pet Friendly” listings. Please provide prior notice to Minnestay team. Pet fee required.
- Please note that you are staying in a private home and not a hotel. We expect that you will treat it with respect.
- Consumable amenities provided are not refilled during stay.
- Quiet Hours: 10PM-7AM. We love our neighbors!
- Direct bookings or other online booking sources may be subject to a 3% cancellation fee.
Deviation from these rules can result in an eviction from the premises with no refund, as stated in the signed rental agreement.

• No events! This home is designed for families and responsible adults. Restrictions include, but are not limited to: Weddings and wedding celebrations, bachelorette/bachelor gatherings, and reunions.
• Dogs only allowed with “Pet Friendly” listings. Prior notice and required pet fee (fee dependent on dog count, $150+).
• Please note that you are staying in a private home and not a hotel. We expect that you will treat it with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to resolve them as quickly as we are able.
• Consumable amenities provided are not refilled during stay.
• Quiet Hours: 10PM-7AM. We love our neighbors! Please be respectful of the permanent residents on either side of this property.

"We had a great stay in this Minnestay house. All the appliances, fixtures and furniture were high quality and comfortable. There were plenty of kitchen supplies to make anything we wanted and we particularly loved the screened in porch for the rainy days we were there.
The neighborhood was quiet and safe. You're pretty close to the neighbors so I get the noise ordinance considerations. Our three year old loved all the toys and fun kid stuff available in the kids room."

"The home is bigger than it looks on the outside and was just what we were looking for. We were traveling for a business trip and were taking the entire family, so we needed a place close to our venue and big enough for the whole family.
