## Description
Welcome to Harriet House. With views of Lake Harriet, this majestic home is located in the coveted Linden Hills neighborhood of Minneapolis.
Home Overview. This 1908 built home has a stunning curbside presence. Situated with amazing views of Lake Harriet, you will never want to leave! Step inside and the spacious 4 season porch welcomes you in. Once you step into the home, you'll notice the charm of original woodwork, classic decor, and an instant sense of calm. The main level is complete with a large formal dining room, formal living room with big screen TV, a piano den, and a massive kitchen that will be sure to please the chef in your group.
Bedrooms and Bathrooms. Walk up to the second level and there you'll find 3 cozy bedrooms and a large bathroom. The first is a quaint twin bedroom, next is a large King bedroom complete with an adjustable bed, and third is a lovely Queen bedroom. The bathroom includes a claw foot soaking tub with a separate shower and double sinks. As you proceed to the 3rd level, your jaw will surely be on the floor upon entering the Queen master suite. Complete with a double sink bathroom, workspace, and big screen TV, this master suite will be one you don't want to leave. The views from the master suite are unforgettable as you gaze over the stunning Lake Harriet.
Lower Level Amenities. The lower level of Harriet House has something for everyone. A seating area and TV as well as a foosball table and shelf with games for the whole family to enjoy.
Outdoor Spaces. The home has a large patio space out front with multiple seating options, perfect for enjoying an evening cocktail or morning cup of coffee. Head out the back door and you'll find another deck with a BBQ grill for cooking up a feast for the family.

• Our Rental Agreement must be signed prior to arrival. This will require your email address. Please inquire about the terms and conditions prior to booking. More info can be found on the Minnestay website, under Guest Services - Rental Policies.
• No smoking inside of the home. This includes e-cigarette and vape.
• This property may have a noise monitoring device on the interior of the home. Additional noise monitoring devices may be located in gathering spaces on the exterior of the home, as well.
• No events! This home is designed for families and responsible adults. Restrictions include, but are not limited to: Weddings and wedding celebrations, bachelorette/bachelor gatherings, and reunions.
• Dogs only allowed with “Pet Friendly” listings. Prior notice and required pet fee (fee dependent on dog count, $150+).
• Please note that you are staying in a private home and not a hotel. We expect that you will treat it with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to resolve them as quickly as we are able.
• Consumable amenities provided are not refilled during stay.
• Quiet Hours: 10PM-7AM. We love our neighbors! Please be respectful of the permanent residents on either side of this property.

Had a power outage and Minnestay was very helpful to address concerns on a Saturday! Great company to work with.

Worth noting the third floor master has no door or closure from second floor area-open stairwell—was great for us but may be an issue for some groups. "So happy we picked this beautiful, comfortable and well-appointed home for our long weekend stay visiting family in Minneapolis.
There were 5 of us staying at the home — the two of us grandparents, plus our daughter, son-in-law and our 3-year-old grandson. Our son, daughter-in-law and their two young children live nearby and came over each day to visit, play, and enjoy meals together.
The home is beautiful, comfortable and spotlessly clean. The kitchen is almost ridiculously well-appointed with everything you could possibly need. Beds very comfortable.
The location in one of Minneapolis’s most lovely neighborhoods was just perfect! Lake Harriet is right across the street; each day we all enjoyed strolling there. The Lake Harriett bandshell, with a fantastic playground, is about a 20 minute walk (3 minute drive).
Communication with Minnestay was always prompt, personable and helpful."

"We drove from Florida for a 5 night stay for a wedding and the house was perfect for 5 adults. Me my wife and 3 young men 18,18,21. The house felt just like home to us and we really enjoyed being right across the street from Lake Harriet. We went to many of the areas big attractions like the Mall of America,Paisley Park,Sculpture Gardens all were within a 30 minute drive which was great. We really felt comfortable in the home and thoroughly enjoyed our time in Minneapolis and this home was a Hugh part of the reason why. Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your home.
