Arrive at the back entrance to the quaint patio area with sectional seating, a gas fire pit table and gas grill to enjoy our beautiful Minnesota summer evenings. You’ll feel right at home as you walk in to the high ceilings, beautifully detailed original woodwork and
inviting décor. Off the back entrance is the main floor powder room and from there the fully stocked kitchen, with it’s gas range and all the extras, that will make your cooking experience as easy and enjoyable as possible. The dining room features comfortable seating for 8 (there’s a table extension available for larger dinner parties) and bar seating for 3. Let your eyes wander to the beautiful sunroom where you can enjoy morning coffee at the breakfast nook, take in a friendly competition at the shuffleboard table or retire to enjoy a nightly glass of wine in the buttery leather swivel chairs. All the artwork showcases the stunning scenery and local landmarks adding a touch of local flavor to your stay. Open to both the sunroom and dining area is the spacious living room with it’s cozy sectional seating, candle-lit fireplace, coffee bar and large streaming TV. Up the beautiful staircase awaits 2 spacious king bedrooms, each with streaming TV’s and vanity spaces
with hairdryers and make up mirrors, ensuring everyone has enough room to get ready in the morning.
There’s a 3rd bedroom with a twin over full bunk, a full bath with heated floors, a dedicated office space (with printer) and a deluxe collapsible crib with sheets for your convenience. Our luxury beds and linens ensure a restful night’s sleep, allowing you to wake up feeling refreshed and excited to start your day.
Venture up to the attic hideaway where the kids can have there very own fun while the adults relax in the spacious living areas.

• Minnestay uses a third-party to screen the identity and check criminal databases for all guests in order to confirm a reservation. • No smoking inside of the home.
• This property may have a noise monitoring device on the interior of the home. Additional noise monitoring devices may be located in gathering spaces on the exterior of the home, as well.
• No events - This home is designed for families and responsible adults. Restrictions include, but are not limited to: Weddings and wedding celebrations, Bachelorette/bachelor gatherings, and reunions.
• Pets allowed with prior notice and required pet fee (fee dependent on pet count, $150+).
• Please respect the home and clean up after yourself!
• Quiet Hours: 10PM-7AM. We love our neighbors!! Please be respectful of the permanent residents on either side of this property.
• Direct bookings or other online booking sources may be subject to a 3% cancellation fee.
