• All check-ins are contactless! To provide this service, we require a photo of yourself holding your ID to verify your identity, prior to check-in, to be emailed or texted to our reservations department. No exceptions. (Please note that we do not have staff available to meet guests in person on site for this purpose.)
• Bookings made within 7 days of arrival will require additional credit card documentation.
• Our Rental Agreement must be signed prior to arrival. This will require your email address. Please inquire about the terms and conditions prior to booking. More info can be found on the Minnestay website, under Guest Services - Rental Policies.
• No smoking inside of the home. This includes e-cigarette and vape.
• This property may have a noise monitoring device on the interior of the home. Additional noise monitoring devices may be located in gathering spaces on the exterior of the home, as well.
• No events! This home is designed for families and responsible adults. Restrictions include, but are not limited to: Weddings and wedding celebrations, bachelorette/bachelor gatherings, and reunions.
• Dogs only allowed with “Pet Friendly” listings. Prior notice and required pet fee (fee dependent on dog count, $150+).
• Please note that you are staying in a private home and not a hotel. We expect that you will treat it with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to resolve them as quickly as we are able.
• Consumable amenities provided are not refilled during stay.
• Quiet Hours: 10PM-7AM. We love our neighbors! Please be respectful of the permanent residents on either side of this property.
• Direct bookings or other online booking sources may be subject to a 3% cancellation fee.

The apartment was thoughtfully furnished, with all new appliances and Samsung TVs. What made it truly exceptional were the floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room that offered a serene view of the picturesque backyard.
An added bonus is the patio, which has an outdoor dining table, grill, and lounge furniture. Here, you can truly enjoy the natural setting. We had my parents over for a wonderful luncheon.
While the photos accurately represent the place, they don't fully capture its charm. It is something special."
